Mr. RICHARDSON, Chairman of the Committee on Territories, is opposed to the Nebraska Bill. The Webster Whigs of Massachusetts are also opposed to it. Nevertheless, it will probably pass as an Administration measure. A division among the friends of the bill is the only hope of its defeat.
